Weigh-In Monday!

I thought I would share this great article called, "Strengthen your Self-Control." It's about overcoming urges and how to improve your will power. I know this is something I struggle with and I thought maybe some of  you do to. So check it out!

  1. Really interesting article. A thought came to my mind it was talking about how exercising willpower in one area of your life can actually increase your willpower in other areas. Fasting is an opportunity to practice willpower over eating, and according to this article, that should help you have more willpower in other areas, too. Something to think about our next fast Sunday.
