I wish a dinosaur could chase me so I would have more motivation to exercise! This mornings workout was pretty pathetic to say the least. So much so, that I think it would have been better to have just slept in and let my body rest. Because it is proven that getting a good nights sleep also helps in losing weight. ;)
I struggled to get out of bed. I struggled to keep up the pace with Instansity's warm-up. And I struggled half way through the video and gave up. Grrrrr.
I was a little upset with myself.
I need some more motivation right now....
So tomorrow morning, will someone dress up like a dinosaur and chase me? :)
That is why I cant exercise at home. I am a total group exercise junkie! It can be hard to get there but once I do I am motivated by everyone one in the class and always get a great workout!
